Wayne started his career in technology operations, managing complex IT infrastructure and the teams that keep businesses running. Early on, he realized that systems don't fail because they're poorly designed—they fail because they're not led. That insight shifted his focus from technology to leadership.

He spent fifteen years leading sales organizations, building teams from the ground up, establishing processes, and scaling revenue. He learned what separates high-performing teams from struggling ones. It isn't talent. It's clarity. It's structure. It's alignment. These insights became the foundation for how he coaches.

For the last fifteen years, Wayne has worked in business development and strategic operations for established Long Island companies. He's seen what happens when strategy is disconnected from execution. He's seen the cost of a business owner who can't delegate. He's seen what's possible when a team is aligned around a real vision.

More recently, Wayne completed his certification as an iPEC Certified Professional Coach, bringing formal training to what he'd learned through decades of experience. For the past sixteen years, he's been coaching small business owners through the same challenges he faced as an operator. His coaching is grounded in real business, real constraints, and real leadership challenges.

The ASCENT Program emerged from this journey. It's not theoretical. It's forged in the reality of running teams, building systems, managing change, and leading people. Every principle has been tested. Every framework exists because it works.
